The 12th Annual Clinical Embryologist�s Summit (April 29-30, Madison, WI)

The Clinical Embryologist's Summit Conference is an annual event designed to give participants an informal setting to share ideas and interact with invited speakers and other embryologists.  Interaction is strongly encouraged and is an essential part of this conference.  This year's Summit theme is “The Key to Success: Consistency in the IVF Laboratory” and will have discussions on key aspects of protocol consistency and quality management within the laboratory that can have dramatic impacts on improving success rates and consequent patient wellness.

 

Invited speakers and presentation topics include:

Kimball Pomeroy, PhD, HCLD (Keynote Speaker) (Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists) -- Protocol Drift and Maintaining Laboratory Practice consistency

Carli Chapman, BS, TS, ELD (Reproductive Medicine Institute) – IVF Witness – The Twilight Zona

Jacques Cohen, PhD, HCLD (Reprogenetics and Tyho-Galileo Research) -- Air Pollution and Construction: Suggested Guidelines Related to Cell Culture and ART

Dean Morbeck, PhD, HCLD (Mayo Clinic) -- Quality of IVF Laboratory Products: What should YOU Be Worried About?

Catherine Racowsky, PhD, HCLD (Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard University) -- Events, Errors and Standardizations in the IVF Lab

Jason Swain, PhD, HCLD (University of Michigan) -- Common Lab Practices: How Uniform Are We?

 

A reception at 5:30PM will precede the keynote speaker on the evening of Friday April 29th beginning at 7:00PM.  Breakfast and lunch will also be included on Saturday.  The conference is scheduled to end at 5:00PM CDST on Saturday.

The registration fee for the Summit Conference is $100 (US), which includes the reception cocktail and hors d’oeuvres on April 29th as well as breakfast and lunch on April 30th.

 

Housing:

Rooms are available at the Fluno Center for Executive Education as well as other accommodation options in the nearby area.  Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.
