We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Embryologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our laboratory, overseeing all aspects of the embryology process and ensuring the highest standards of care and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all embryology procedures including oocyte retrieval, insemination, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation.
• Monitor and analyze embryo development, identifying optimal embryos for transfer or cryopreservation.
• Conduct quality control assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Train and mentor junior embryologists and laboratory staff.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Stay informed about advancements in the field of embryology and assist in the evaluation and implementation of new techniques or technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Embryology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an embryologist in a fertility clinic setting.
• Proficiency in performing all embryology procedures and laboratory techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
