We are conducting a global survey on professional and educational status of clinical embryologists/lab professionals and also wish to address possible gaps in planning future educational programs. Our aim is to accumulate relevant information to aid in the development of our important field and to assist embryologists in their profession.

This survey is being collaboratively done by the online knowledge shared platform IVF-lifeinvitro.com and Embryo Lab Academy. The questionnaire was prepared using SurveyMonkey online software (SurveyMonkey, Inc., USA).

Please take few minutes to finish this survey. The data collected will be compiled in one or more publications in near future.  Such publications can pave way for concrete plans in professional developments of lab professionals by ART societies/ regulatory bodies and educational institutions.

There are 57 questions. So use your free time (around 15-20 minutes minutes)

Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time.  You are free to omit any questions. By completing this survey, you are agreeing to the use of this information in the study described above, and for future studies branching off from this line of inquiry. Be assured that all answers you provide will be kept in strict confidentiality. We want to assure you that your responses are completely anonymous.
