Are you a highly experienced, ambitious clinical scientist with an analytical mind, who is skilled at critical evaluation, people management and data analysis?
Are you fearless and ready to step out of your comfort zone when asked to, and even when you’re not?
As our Head of Laboratories, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our Group Director of Embryology with scientific strategy, coordination of R&D, reporting and analytics. You’ll maintain practical skills with a sessional practical role at the bench while supporting our central embryology team and directing focus group leads, and Lab Managers, with vision-setting, troubleshooting, project coordination and continued development of our world class laboratory practice.
You’re a natural leader and performance manager - with experience of leading laboratories.
You’re a clear and confident communicator with your teams and in all guises of scientific communication.
You’re dynamic and experienced in educating, knowledge sharing and publishing, and you want to take a leading role in the future of embryology at CARE.
You’re flexible, with the ability to travel across the group and externally, networking at events.
