We have a very exciting opportunity for a Fertility Nurse to join our clinics in Orpington or Eastbourne. We are in an exciting phase of growth and development in the clinic and we will be moving into our new premises.
We are currently looking to offer Tier 2 Sponsorship to overseas Fertility Nurses looking to work and live in the UK. If you are a Nurse already in the UK and looking for another sponsor, we can help make the transition from your existing sponsor seamless. We can assist with accommodation costs, OSCE support, ISC and NMC registration. This is coupled with an excellent salary.
The Nurse will support the clinical teams and co-ordinate the fertility service provision. They will work with the nursing team to ensure that the procedures, recovery and fertility nursing meet the highest standards of care.
They will provide a supportive, caring and safe environment that promotes and supports high standards of clinical and professional practice, resulting in high quality patient care. We will provide training and support to the new person coming on board. We have a team of very friendly and flexible staff and this role will be part of a small and growing team
The following is essential:
Be a Qualified Nurse, and still registered in your home country
Have completed an undergraduate level nursing qualification of at least 3 years in length
Have achieved IELTS/OET pass
Have achieved CBT pass If you are from outside the EU, you need to have practised as a Nurse in your home country for at least 1 year.
If you are from inside the EU, you need to have practised as a Nurse in your home country for at least 3 consecutive years in the last 5 years.
Fertility experience - minimum of 3 years
Assisting in fertility and gynaecology procedures and recovering patients
Ultrasound scanning experience - minimum of 2 years
First degree or equivalent knowledge through experience
Evidence of ongoing CPD Knowledge and Experience
Intravenous drug administration Skills and Phlebotomy skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Good team worker
Demonstrable passion for delivering high quality patient services
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
