We are thrilled to welcome you for the next batch of Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and we would like to brief a few points on the flow of the course and what you can expect as a student from Medline Academics.
This 12-month Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine in Bangalore is conducted in Hybrid mode and the course begins with online theory sessions which will be covered in the span of the first 8 months. During these 8 months, students will have access to the following:

COURSE ENROLLMENT:
1. Students will be provided with 2 application forms to fill-out and send back to us - one would be an Institutional application form and the other would be the University affiliation Application form.
2. The application forms will be sent by the students along with the following:
(a) Four recently clicked passport-sized photographs
(b) Readable photocopy of MBBS Certificate
(c) Readable photocopy of MD / MS certificate
(d) Address & ID proof (Passport or National Identity Card)

THEORY (ONLINE MODE): The theory sessions for our fellowship in reproductive medicine in Bangalore are conducted in online mode. The details of the same are as follows:
1. The course begins with theory sessions, which includes issuing students a set of theory modules to refer to during the course. These modules will also include online tests, which will help the faculties evaluate the progress of the students in terms of understanding a particular theory module.
2. Students will also have weekly contact programs (online classes / discussions) on topics related to the theory modules as well as case discussions, etc.
3. Assignments will be given during these weekly online classes, which can be submitted by email.
4. The progress of this theory session will be evaluated on the basis of:
(a) Completion of the theory modules with good grades
(b) Timely submission of assignments
(c) Minimum 80% attendance for the weekly online classes
5. The theory sessions, including module completion and weekly contact programs, is for a duration of 8 months.
HANDS-ON TRAINING (OFFLINE MODE): The hands-on training will be held at Medline Academics Simulation Lab and it is mandatory for the students to attend the same for a duration of minimum 6 days.
MID-TERM EXAMINATION: The Institute will conduct a mid-term examination to evaluate your progress before promoting you to the next stage of the course.
CLINICAL ATTACHMENT (OFFLINE MODE):
Students will have the opportunity to undergo clinical attachment in some of the best ART clinics that are associated with Medline Academics Pvt. Ltd. As a part of the Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine in India. This will be held for a duration of up to 45 days.
For those who cannot extend their stay in Bangalore for a longer duration, can choose an 8- or 12-hour time-slot to finish their clinical attachment in 15-30 days’ time.
Alternatively, we can facilitate this arrangement at an ART clinic near you, at the discretion of the management team.
FINAL EXAMINATION: On completion of the course, Medline Academics will conduct a Final Examination consisting of written and practical assessment. The result of the final exam will be evaluated on the basis of:
(1) Marks obtained in the final exam
(2) Marks obtained in the mid-term exam
(3) Marks obtained on completion of theory modules
(4) Average attendance of weekly online classes, attendance during the hands-on training sessions and attendance during the clinical attachment.
CONVOCATION & CERTIFICATION:
Students are requested to personally attend the convocation ceremony that will be held by Medline Academics and will be hosted exclusively by our team with special honours by our Co-founder Chairperson, Padma Shri Dr. Kamini A Rao. Certificates will be personally handed over to the students by the Chairperson and the Founder Chairperson of Medline Academics Pvt. Ltd.
