I have more than 10 years expierence as an embryologist and perform all embryology procedures

Semen analyses (basic parameters, HOS-test, morphology, MAR-test, cryotolerance test).

Preparing cryo\native sperm or biopsy sample of patients\donors for IVF, ICSI, IUI.

Sperm cryopreservation.

Work with material obtained surgically – TESE, TESA, micro-TESA.

Collecting and preparing oocytes for insemination.

In vitro fertilization, Intracellular sperm injection.

Fertilisation checks.

Embryo cultivating (1 or 2 step media), daily assessment/grading of embryos. Select  and prepare embryos for transfer or cryopreservation.

Assisted laser or mechanical hatching.

Vitrification and thawing oocytes, embryos.

Intrauterine Insemination with donor sperm/husband sperm

PB, blastomere, trophectoderm biopsy.

Work with donor bank.

Train junior embryologists and laboratory staff.

Conduct quality control assessments.

April, 2011 – October 2011 biologist of clinical-diagnostic laboratory in clinic «Klinika semeynoy meditsini» (Clinic of family medicine), Kazan, Russia. At the same time opening ART department in this clinic - Equipment selection, lab space planning.

April 2013 – January 2018 embryologist in ART center «Laboratoria DD» (Embrylife), Saint-Petersburg, Russia. 

January 2018 – September 2018 – Senior embryologist in ART center «Laboratoria DD» (Embrylife), Saint-Petersburg, Russia. There were about 1300 IVF cycles in 2017 (3 embryologists).

January 2019 – October 2019 – Embryologist in ART center «Nova-Clinic», Moscow, Russia. There were about 1800 IVF cycles per year (4 embryologists).

October 2019 - Febrarury 2023 - Senior Embryologist in state medical institution “Centr planirovaniya semi i reprodukcii” in ART department, Saint-Petersburg, Russia. There was about 400 IVF cycles per year (1 embryologist).

2004-2009 - Microbiologist (specialist), Biological faculty, Kazan State University, Kazan, Russia

April 2011 - Professional development (training in embryology), in «Institute for Advanced Training of Physicians' Health Ministry of Chuvashia» (Russia) on the program "Selected problems of obstetrics and gynecology in use of assisted reproductive technology with a course of embryology". 144 hours. Lectures and individual practice in the laboratory with practitioner embryologists.

February 2015 - Professional development program «Assisted reproductive technology (specialization for embryologist)» in Ott`s scientific research institute of obstetrics and gynecology, Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

In feburary 2023 I had to quit my job and moved to Europe to my husband. Now Im still hoping to find a job as an embryologist and continue to do what I really like. 

I have good results at ICSI isemination - from 2013 till 2015 the clinic politics was to do 100% ICSI for all patiens, later they added classic IVF too. The embryos and oocytes I vitrificated had a 93-98% survival rate. I Have a good relationships with patients, always trying to answer their questions. 

Im responsible, able to work in a team, quickly learn new, desire to work and produce results. 

I can work as a part-time, without communication with patients.
