'World Embryologist Day' survey - Update: last chance to vote 4th January

Following a discussion in October about a World Embryologist day, volunteers have come together to give their input and put together a survey so we can get a majority opinion as to what the day should be called, when it should be celebrated, how it should be celebrated etc. Dr. James Stanger was kind enough to publish the survey for YOUR VOTE! IVF.net for their invaluable help in getting this process going.
