Who are we?

Queensland Fertility Group was the pioneer of IVF services in Queensland, and remains the state’s largest and most prestigious fertility provider with over 40 specialist doctors, 11 clinics, 2 day hospitals, 8 laboratories and 30 embryologists.

QFG is part of Virtus Health Limited (ASX: VRT), one of the top 5 global leaders in Assisted Reproduction Services and the market leader in Australia (with clinics in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania), Ireland and Denmark, with a growing presence in Singapore and the UK.  In Australia we also operate the Virtus diagnostic and pathology service.

Virtus has embarked on an ambitious strategy to be the global leader in Precision Fertility, leveraging the power of our global dataset, the innovation of Artificial Intelligence and our expertise in genetics, to augment clinical and scientific decision-making.  This will allow us to deliver better patient outcomes and success rates.  The Ivy Artificial Intelligence system was developed by Virtus with our partners Harrison.ai.  Ivy is an embryo evaluation tool that more accurately and objectively ranks embryos for transfer.

We see a future where everyone in the community has the opportunity to create a family.  Extraordinary patient care, scientific and clinical leadership, and a passion for making a difference to people’s lives, are always at the forefront of our minds.  Collaboration, agility and the curiosity to investigate new ideas is how we will continue to grow as a market leader.

We also believe that a positive, supportive workplace culture helps us attract and retain talented employees, and deliver a better patient experience and clinical outcomes.
