Job Title: Quality Manager
Job type: Hybrid role 50% onsite / 50% WFH
Site Location: Head office London (some work at other London locations may be required occasionally)
Hours - 37.5 hours a week (applications for 4 days per week are also possible)
Contract - Permanent
Reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance you will work with the quality team to support the delivery of excellent standards of quality and care whilst ensuring robust governance processes and full compliance to all regulations as stipulated by the HFEA / CQC / CMA / ICO etc. As a team, governance is of course key, but we are also a team focused on ensuring that quality remains a priority and opportunities for identifying and implementing quality improvement are central to what we do.
It is anticipated that, whilst being an active member of the quality team, that this role will lead the busier of the two London sites and therefore this person, will need to be enthusiastic, proactive, organised and able to prioritise workload efficiently whilst multitasking.

The successful candidate will be supported by annual appraisal and will be given ongoing objectives with periodic reviews of performance standards.
