Job Title: Quality Manager

Job type: Hybrid role 50% onsite / 50% WFH

Site Location: Head office London (some work at other London locations may be required occasionally)

Hours - 37.5 hours a week (applications for 4 days per week are also possible)

Contract - Permanent

Reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance you will work with the quality team to support the delivery of excellent standards of quality and care whilst ensuring robust governance  processes and full  compliance to all regulations as stipulated by the HFEA / CQC / CMA / ICO etc. As a team, governance is of course key, but we are also a team focused on ensuring that quality remains a priority and opportunities for identifying and implementing quality improvement are central to what we do.

It is anticipated that, whilst being an active member of the quality team, that this role will lead the busier of the two London sites and therefore this person, will need to be enthusiastic, proactive, organised and able to prioritise workload efficiently whilst multitasking.

Key tasks:

  • Incident recording, investigation and CAPA implementation and monitoring.
  • Audit performance, reporting and CAPA implementation and monitoring.
  • Document creation, review, control and dissemination
  • Training of the wider team in subjects related to compliance and quality
  • Inspection preparation and attendance
  • Complaint handling and investigation
  • Local site KPI / QI  management
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance to HFEA/CQC/ CMA requirements.

The successful candidate will be supported by annual appraisal and will be given ongoing objectives with periodic reviews of  performance standards. Experience Required:  Minimum requirements Degree or equivalent post graduate diploma/ and or experience >3 years experience working as a quality manager in a healthcare related industry >3 years experience working with either or both CQC / HFEA regulators Effective communicator Experience of using and managing Quality Management Systems Experience of using and managing risk management processes and practices Experience of managing compliance Experience of developing policies and procedures Experience of working in a complex organisational environment Desirable Previous experience working in the Fertility sector Previous experience working with ISO 9001 Previous experience working with Q pulse / Mastercontrol
