Course Description

Is it possible to define a set of performance indicators (PIs) for clinical work in ART, which can create competency profiles for clinicians and for specific clinical process steps? Recent consensus statements have enabled us to track the performance of the Clinic and the lab using a set of established benchmarks which enable us to offer quality services to our patients. This course will not only touch upon the clinical and embryological parameters but also give insights on administrative indicators which are often neglected.
