Part-time Laboratory Technician

To strengthen our activities, we are looking for part-time Laboratory Technicians for our London team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Receiving, analyzing, processing, cryopreservation, and post-thaw of donor samples.
• Shipment of straws to Cryologistics.
• Supporting the donor screening process as needed.
• Welcoming donors and checking them in at reception.

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 1-year andrology experience is desirable.
• You are passionate about working in a lab and have excellent lab skills.
• You possess a life science degree.
• Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended.
• HCPC registration is an advantage, but not a necessity.
• You enjoy working solely in the lab following the standard operating procedures, maintaining high quality and productivity at all times.
• You have superb attention to detail, are highly organized, and able to multi-task.
• You enjoy being part of a small team, which is service-minded, flexible, and easy-going with a positive and friendly attitude.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to make others feel comfortable and at ease.
• You stay calm and collected – especially during peak hours.

TRAINING HOURS

Position 1:

• Tuesday: 13:00-17:00
• Friday: 13:00-19:00

Position 2:

• Wednesday: 11:00-19:00

WORKING HOURS

Position 1:

• Tuesday: 17:00-21:00
• Friday: 15:00-21:00
• 10 hours per week total

Position 2:

• Monday: 17:00-21:00
• Wednesday: 17:00-21:00
• 8 hours per week total
