Do you want to make huge impact in the development of your teams and your clinic?
This is a role where you’ll be an influential senior leader responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care and professional practice at clinic level, and working in collaboration with peers at group level (to share best practice and ideas for process improvement). The clinical professional team you’ll manage at CARE is diverse and includes nurses, midwives, sonographers, ODPs and HCAs.
This is more than a Nurse Manager role. As a Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager, you’ll take ownership leading and developing your team of clinical professionals in line with our careers framework. You’ll coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team ensuring high quality patient care and overseeing continuous improvement projects to enhance our patient journey/experience.
This is a brand-new role; you’ll have the chance to put your identity on this and make this your own. The ideas and process improvements you’ll suggest will help to drive the future of the clinic and the professional team you lead.
You’re a strong leader with leadership experience as a Nurse Manager or Clinical Manager. You’re motivated to progress your career further by working alongside a large multidisciplinary clinical and operational team which focuses on delivering strategic priorities at local and group level.
You’re a registered practitioner with a UK professional regulatory body and have fertility experience.
You’re brave, you have the confidence to make decisions, suggest improvements and align to change management.
You’re incredibly organised with a meticulous attention to detail. You have excellent communication skills and are flexible in your approach. It would be desirable if you’re proficient in scanning.
You’re patient focused, you understand the importance of the care they receive and how it their shapes their experience of who we are.
This is a full-time or close to full time role based at Amberley House, 9 Queen's Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN4 9LL.
