Senior Embryologist - Technical Product Expert - £40k-£50k
Are you an experienced Embryologist? Have worked your way up through the lab but find yourself thinking “what next?”
Perhaps it’s time for a change? But what? You don’t want to leave the industry but maybe there is something out there that can utilise your knowledge and give you that something extra?
This job will do all of that, you’ll be working for Matcher Technolgies, a software company who supply a quality management system specifically into the fertility sector. You’ll be customer facing, advising labs on technical solutions and how they can integrate them into the workplace to improve quality, reduce errors and save time. You’ll also get the chance to travel, across Europe and globally, sharing best practice and assisting on implementations. You’ll attend industry specific conferences, identify end users and work closely with distributors to offer highly consultative advice and advanced in-situ training.
They don’t expect you to know the product when you join, full training and ongoing support will be given and they will help you understand the products functionality in great detail. They are a very friendly bunch, a close knit team who have great fun doing what they do but with high integrity and an enviable reputation within the industry. They want you to succeed and will give you all the tools to do so.
Your natural ability to communicate with people will enable you to account manage and hand hold customers through implementation whilst being a pivotal point of contact between, customer, distributor and internal teams. You’ll grow the relationships and strategic partnerships with your proactive approach.
So what do you need?
Experience working in an embryology or fertility lab environment within the IVF industry, as well as a proven background in delivering training, whether that is formally or informally. If you have presented internationally and are used to travel that will help. Flexibility is critical, as you will visit clinics, conferences and distributors overseas. Travel is planned and manageable but could be as much as 25%.
Does this sound like your next challenge? If you would like to be considered, please forward your CV via the link or give me a call on 01925 633212. Ideally you will be based in Central/South America with access to an international airport.
