| I am seeking a position as a junior embryologist, with a particular interest in embryo and oocyte cryopreservation. I am open to relocating within Spain or internationally and motivated to develop my clinical laboratory skills within a professional embryology team. |
I am a Biotechnology graduate from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) with a Master's Degree in Reproductive Medicine from the University of Alicante and Instituto Bernabeu. My academic background is focused on reproductive biology, assisted reproduction, and embryo and oocyte cryopreservation. During my Master's degree, I developed my final research project on genetic variants associated with low oocyte maturation rates following ovarian stimulation, strengthening my interest in reproductive medicine and female gamete biology. Professionally, I currently work in the assisted reproduction field as a Product Specialist and commercial embryologist, providing scientific and technical support to fertility clinics using embryo and oocyte cryopreservation media. My role involves working closely with embryologists, supporting cryopreservation protocols, providing training and scientific presentations, and following up with clinics and distributors. This experience has given me a broad understanding of clinical embryology workflows and, in particular, of the technical and practical aspects of gamete and embryo cryopreservation. It has also allowed me to develop strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and training skills while working with professionals from different backgrounds. I am now motivated to develop my career within a clinical embryology laboratory, combining my scientific background and cryopreservation expertise with hands-on laboratory experience and continuing to develop my skills as an embryologist. I am a responsible, detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a strong commitment to continuous learning and to the application of new technologies and protocols in assisted reproduction. |
