Exciting opportunity for a fully-trained clinical embryologist/andrologist with a proven track record in IVF to expand your career through this broad and comprehensive role helping to drive and support advancements in ART procedures. This role entails working with the company’s innovative sperm separation devices in both our in-house fertility lab and in the field, supporting our field sales team, as well as our fertility clinic customers and prospects. Applications of our sperm separation devices cover both human and veterinary clinical practices.   • Perform ART-related techniques and procedures for both human and veterinary (initially, bovine and equine) applications, including:
    • Sperm analysis and characterization using the Hamilton Thorne IVOS CASA platform (e.g., motility, morphology, DNA fragmentation);
    • Sperm separation and preparation using our FDA-approved ZyMōtTM ICSI and ZyMōtMulti Sperm Separation Devices;
    • Semen analysis and characterization;
    • Sperm preparation for IUI, IVF and ICSI;o Media preparation;
    • Oocyte retrieval and screening;
    • Embryo culture;
    • Embryo cryopreservation and thawing;
    • Other fertility lab procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate stocking of fertility lab materials and supplies, SOPs development, preventive maintenance and calibration of instrumentation, upkeep and updating of all quality control, quality assurance, and safety logs; other routine lab management duties.
  • Extensive record keeping, including but not limited to: recording all IVF related paperwork and entering data to database; recording and filling laboratory checks and cleaning check lists; maintaining records on all equipment present in the laboratory.

  • Collaborate with product development, business development and management teams on (a) the brainstorming, design and development of new products, as well as enhancements and line extensions for existing products, and (b) designing and conducting experiments to evaluate prototype design and performance.

  • Develop and establish a field support system for customers encompassing: phone support ontechniques and best practices with the ZyMōt devices, tips and techniques sheets, procedural infographics, video tutorials, on-site in-service training and support, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, human physiology, laboratory science, or animal science. Master’s degree in clinical science preferred.

  • 3+ years of clinical laboratory experience.

  • Must have experience with sperm preparation, density gradient centrifugation and swim-up (experience with PICSI desirable), in vitro fertilization, standard insemination and ICSI, embryo culture, oocyte retrieval, embryo cryopreservation, embryo thaw.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, promote teamwork, promote positive human relations and organize with strong management/leadership skills.

  • Flexible, yet organized, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.

  • Ability to work in collaboration with internal colleagues at all levels, as well as peer clinical

    laboratory employees (embryologists, andrologists, lab techs), lab directors and physicians.
