My passion is to improve human healthcare in the field of reproduction. I am looking for a transition from basic research to a more clinical set-up in MunichI specialized in male infertility diagnosis and developed new methodologies to accurately predict successful conventional IVF.

I have made the first report that reveals the molecular mechanism by which CFTR (Cystic-Fibrosis Transmembrane conductance Regulator) is important for human sperm fertility (Puga Molina, 2019) I produced 3 first-author publications and 6 in collaboration. I received several awards including a 5-year fellowship a Fulbright fellowship and 2 oral presentation awards. My dissertation achieved the highest score.
