GENNET City Fertility is the London arm of the GENNET and FutureLife group of IVF clinics. City Fertility is a small but rapidly growing unit that offers a high quality of care to heterosexual and same-sex couples, as well as single clients who require Assisted Reproductive Technology, genetic investigations, gamete donation and foetal medicine. We are situated in the heart of London's business district, close to excellent transport links near the Barbican, Smithfield Market and St Paul's Cathedral.
Two roles have become available for motivated and hardworking young scientists to join our close-knit team. The successful candidates will have a Biology or a similar, closely related first degree, A further degree such as a Masters (or equivalent) would be preferable, but not essential. Laboratory experience is essential, evidence of research and practical work during your degree will need to be demonstrated in your CV and during the interview.
One role is to provide technical and administrative support to the embryology team – reference LT1-18, the other, LT2-18, is to provide assistance to the General Manager and work in our dynamic and rapidly growing gamete and embryo transport arm of the FutureLife Group. Based at City Fertility, you will be required to liaise with our head office in Prague to participate in the coordination of the movement of precious material around the world. Our London and UK courier business is growing rapidly, therefore, good communication skills and logical problem-solving skills will be essential to fulfil this role. Local and internal travel are core activities in this role.
Full-time positions, weekend work is required on a rota basis.
