IVF Nurse (Ultrasound) - Nationwide

We are looking to recruit Full Time Nurses who can scan for our expanding CREATE Fertility Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an established and highly respected IVF and Fertility service, which specialises in Natural Cycle and Mild IVF. The candidates must have previous experience in Fertility Units environment has be competent in both TA/TV scanning independently.

Duties to include but limited to:

• Prepare for and assist with the smooth running of the clinic ensuring a high standard of nursing care
• Scheduling of patient treatment cycles, liaising with doctors to arrange prescriptions and drug administration
• Perform basic patient assessments
• Perform blood tests
• Perform nurse’s pre treatment consultations
• Teach patients how to self administer relevant medications
• Assist with ultrasound scans
• Administer medications, including IV infusions
• Dispense medications per prescriptions
• Perform pre-operative assessments
• Perform post-operative recovery

The successful candidate will be a crucial part of the nursing team, completing a number of clinical duties including ultrasound scanning and patient consultations. Our clinics operate a 7-day per week service with weekends scheduled on a rota basis, flexibility is essential.
