Expert discussion 1

14.00-16.30:

How to match the patient to the treatment:
Selection of patients, (PCO, BMI, age, life style)
Preparing patients (diet, drugs, life style, information, de stress etc.)
Stimulation program (low dose, how low to which patient, IVF/IVM ?)
Outcome how to measure? (cost for the patient, the clinic or the society, efficacy, efficiency ?)
Is their willingness among colleagues for low stimulation?

Expert discussion 2

14.00-16.30:

How can we improve the lab performance in low cost ART?
Do we really need the incubator?
Media is there a better media or are they the same?
How should we convince the clinician to do IVF/IVM?
What should be the next in the lab: - metabolic, - embryo scope, - spindle view?
Has the European Tissue Directive had any impact on the quality of our work in the lab?
