It is to be reminded that, Abstract submission process is absolutely free but conference registration process is mandatory if your Abstract gets accepted for ACE 2014 conference. Abstract would be reviewed by our Abstract committee and their decision would be the final. The decision about the submitted abstract would be communicated to the corresponding author after 15^th April 2014 (Deadline for Abstract submission). Authors can register themselves for main conference and or workshop anytime to confirm their seats in Workshop (Because Workshop seats generally gets filled fast and seats are LIMITED!).

It gives me immense pleasure to invite all of you to the 3rd International Conference of the Academy of Clinical Embryologists. Last two conferences have been huge success due to an overwhelming participation of IVF professionals from all over the country. We are planning four pre-congress workshops on 8th august 2014
Workshop on mechanics of micro manipulator: This unique workshop will mainly focus on mechanical aspects of micro manipulator which include alignment of pipettes, angle adjustments, maintenance and other related tips for getting effective performance by your manipulator. All three brands available in India that is RI (UK), Narishige (Japan) and Ependorff (Germany) will be displayed accompanied by company engineers and expert embryologists working with these machines.

Workshop on Batch IVF: Majority of centers perform their ART cycles in batches. This workshop will address various issues related to batch IVF. The practical difficulties faced by the IVF specialists will be discussed in detail. This will equally help both the clinicians as well as the embryologists.

Work shop ON CONVENTIONAL IVF, Basics & Troubleshootings: One to one interactive and actual hands on workshop conducted by the experts in the field. For limited participants only.

Workshop on Vitrification: This is another unique workshop where latest techniques like multi thermal gradient system for Vitrification will be discussed with the pioneers of the field from Israel.
Another major attraction would be a special session on uterine transplantation and pregnancy. There will be video presentations and lectures from its pioneers.

• To complete the registration process please validate/activate your Account by clicking on the Link sent to your registered Email address.
• Now you can Login with your Email ID and Password.
• After Login you can Edit your Profile/ complete the Payment process/ Submit the Abstract process.

To complete the Payment Process: 

Select the “Combo Package” or “Only Main Conference” process.

Give the Cheque/ DD details.

Submit the form to get an unique ACE 2014 registration number.

Print it and send the form along with DD/ Cheque to Dr Ved Prakash.

3. Give the Author’s and Co-Author’s names.
4. Copy/paste the abstract.
5. Submit the Abstract.

Once your Abstract would be accepted/ rejected, would be reflected in your Account with a unique colour code.

You can withdraw your submitted abstract from your Account any time before it is reviewed and accepted but cannot be removed once it is declared as accepted for ACE 2014. We would appreciate your presence in ACE 2014, during the Abstract presentation, to defend your accepted abstract work.
