The Covid-19 crisis has forced most in the fertility industry to review the way in which we work, particularly to explore ways that will enable us to work more smartly, efficiently, remotely or alone, and with less travel, etc.

Much of this strategic thinking appears to have switched our industry on to adopting IT-based automation technology far more comprehensively, to replace many of the manual tasks that were previously still relied on, as well as focusing on how working practices need to change urgently to address the elevated risks that the pandemic has created.
