Recent UK MSc Clinical Embryology graduate with a right to work in the UK and a strong interest in reproductive laboratory service. I bring forth excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong commitment towards contributing to reproductive science and the functioning of the laboratory. I am a resilient but humble individual with a positive mindset towards work. I am also open to flexible weekend work according to the needs of the laboratory and am eager to be a part of the lab to further my practical competence within the IVF laboratory by learning from some of the best within the industry.

  • Visited the fertility laboratory and gained insight into its clinical embryology and andrology services, laboratory structure, quality standards, and multidisciplinary working practices.

  • Gained exposure to the organisation and operation of a private fertility clinic, and engaged with fertility professionals and developed a broader understanding of working practices within the private fertility sector.

  • Andrology and Fertility Laboratory knowledge:
    • Supervised academic training in Vitrolife dish preparation, density gradient and centrifugation of sperm, sperm cryopreservation, sperm counting using Neubauer Chamber along with other principles of macroscopic and microscopic semen analysis.
    • Academic level understanding of laboratory workflow during egg collection.
  • Embryology and Andrology Shadowing in Ninewells hospital: 
    • One-day observational exposure to density gradient and centrifugation, embryo and oocyte grading, baseline ovarian scans, IVF-ICSI, conventional IVF
  • Research Experience: “A functional CatSper contraceptive: Hypothesis regarding the fundamentals and future challenges”
    • A five-month literature-based research project analyzing the practicality of development of a CatSper based contraceptive and listing out the challenges & gaps in understanding of the research subject.

• Social media club (University of Dundee): Camera operation and to cover workshops for the MSc Clinical Embryology course along with networking with staff for social media posts
• Media club secretary (PSG College of Pharmacy): In charge of bringing forth major events and workshops taking place in the college. I was also in-charge of maintaining the official social media page and important networking
