The Fertility and Endometriosis Centre in Offenbach by Frankfurt is a dynamic and expanding centre and has an opening for an enthusiastic embryologist to join our team. This is a full time position preferable, but part time or job share applicants will be considered. Please indicate your preference in your covering letter. The position is hands on, involving all aspects of routine IVF and andrology and hormonal laboratory work as well as involvement with other unit based activities. The successful candidate will be competent in all aspects of routine embryology and andrology, have experience in QA/QC systems, troubleshooting, problem solving and knowledge of laboratory equipment. On-call and weekend work will be required on a rotational basis. Applicants must have excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills, to fulfill this role. They must be flexible, have the ability to adapt to change and be committed to providing a high standard of patient care. The minimum requirement for this position is a Bachelor of Science with 2 year embryology experience. Post-graduate qualifications in an embryology related area (such as ACE certificate) also the use of German language (minimum conversation level) is absolutely required.
