Embryologist - Full Time 37.5 hours per week – One year Fixed Term
CARE Fertility is one of the UK’s largest independent providers of assisted conception cycles, with CARE Manchester conducting 1000 fresh and frozen cycles per year. In the 20 years since we began our team have worked to pioneer more effective fertility treatments and support more patients than ever before, introducing techniques like CAREmaps and chromosome screening that can help improve our patients’ chances of successes, achieving a 51.7% HFEA success rate.
As a result of our amazing embryologists’ research and scientific development we’ve had more than 2,000 babies born from time lapse technology and have published several papers and an Atlas on time lapse embryology. We have well established programs for chromosome and genetic disease (PGT-M) testing of embryos. As an Embryologist at CARE you will be encouraged to participate in focus groups, attend high profile conferences and contribute to abstracts and publications.
CARE Manchester is looking for an enthusiastic motivated Embryologist to join their dynamic embryology team. You will be proficient in the range of standard embryology duties, and these should ideally including ICSI and embryo biopsy, although applicants without these competencies will also be considered. You will also be a hard-working team player with excellent communication skills.
CARE fertility is the only fertility clinic in the UK to have invested in dedicated training facilities, which means our embryologists are able to step out of the clinical lab and into a state of the art facility that been purpose-designed with the latest technologies for the training and development of our teams .
This is a full time position and will include participation in the on call weekend rota. A time in lieu system operates.
