We have a strong track record of introducing new clinical services and technologies which lead to better patient outcomes.
Our nursing teams are the biggest part of our workforce and we are we are looking for a Director of Nursing to join our business and drive our nursing strategy forward. As a member of the Board of Directors, you will hold corporate responsibility, jointly with other Board members, for the strategic direction, corporate policy making and development and delivery of CARE Fertility’s objectives.
We expect our Director of Nursing to provide exceptional leadership to our Nurse Managers and our nursing workforce. You will determine the nursing development strategy for the group, reviewing the workforce plans and ensuring we have the teams to meet the needs of our patients now and in the future. We invest in our nursing teams’ development, you will be responsible for making sure we get the return on the investment, ensuring that the nursing extended role adds value to the business and is valued by employees too. You will also optimise our nursing processes and pathways, working collaboratively with the Directors and Operations Team on implementation of operational projects.
The role includes the clinical responsibilities you expect including leading and supporting on medicines management, infection prevention and control and ensuring a culture that values good clinical quality and governance.
