We, The Fertility Partnership, are looking for brilliant minds and passionate hearts to help us shape the future of fertility health. Due to the growth of the Thames Valley clinic since opening in 2017, we have restructured and expanded the laboratory team providing some exciting senior opportunities. Dependant on experience and skillset of the successful candidate the roles available include Deputy Lab ManagerSenior Embryologist and or Clinical Embryologist

Thames Valley Fertility is housed in a state of the art, purpose built facility in Maidenhead and is ideally located with easy access by car, with free parking available, or public transport, with the train station a walkable distance (<40minutes from central London, on the Paddington line).

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate professionals to not only provide clinical embryology service but also be a vital part in the continuous growth of the clinic. The successful candidate will assist with the supervision and training of the junior team members and oversee the laboratory in the absence of more senior managers. The post holder will contribute to creating a positive working environment within the laboratory team that supports development, improvement and change.

Qualifications and experience


  • These positions are suited to candidates with more than 2 years’ experience as clinical embryologist or equivalent
  • Be experienced in all competencies including ICSI
  • ACE Certification in Clinical Embryology or equivalent
  • Be HCPC registered or eligible to apply
  • The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, able to work independently and have good attention to detail in order to help deliver a high-quality laboratory service


  • Biopsy trained is desirable however training can be provided
  • Previous involvement in research projects or group collaboration
  • Adaptability with expertise/ flexibility with assisting across the group
  • Experience with writing abstracts or publications
