Andrologist part or full time

Fertility Solutions is a dedicated male fertility service that is led by Consultant Urologist, Mr Jonathan Ramsay, and Consultant Embryologist, Claire Mooney. 

We are pioneers in the treatment of men's fertility and offer comprehensive services for the investigation and treatment of male infertility. We are the first and only clinic in the UK to offer all fertility services to men in one clinical setting.

We regularly take part in influential documentaries including most recently Celebrity Save our Sperm which aired on Channel 4.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Andrologist or Embryologist to join our team in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

You will be required to perform diagnostic male fertility techniques including, but not limited to, conducting comprehensive semen analysis and Mioxsys testing, and preparing samples for DNA fragmentation, male microbiome, and semen culture testing.

The successful candidate will also be fully trained in performing DNA fragmentation testing in-house. 

You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as the role requires patient contact and a close working relationship with a multidisciplinary team. I am happy to support you fully in gaining your HCPC registration and will also provide funds for you to attend national and international fertility conferences.

The opening is on a full or part time basis to be agreed and is negotiable. Flexible working is available with home working for some of the time an option. The salary that we will be offering is highly competitive.

Duties to include:

• To perform diagnostic male fertility techniques.
• To ensure an excellence of care in the laboratory.
• To participate in regular ongoing quality control of laboratory equipment, and to monitor KPIs.
• To continually strive to advance the patient experience / success and identify and suggest areas where improvements can be made.
• To process and handle data with option to publish this data.
• To undertake administrative duties.
