I am a postgraduate with working knowledge in genetics of male infertility, seeking a position to pursue my career as an embryologist in a fertility institute/clinic with high-level professional environment.
  Main resume

I got hands-on training on the following techniques:

  •  Molecular Biology- FISH, DNA & RNA isolation, PCR, Gel Electrophoresis
  •  Embryology- Dissection of mouse reproductive organs, IVF, Embryo handling- transfer and culture
  •  Andrology- Semen Analysis- liquefaction, volume, viscosity, motility, vitality, concentration and morphology, Sperm preparation

Research Project:

I did one year M.Sc. project under the guidance of Dr. Manish Jain. The title of my dissertation is “Genetic Study on Sertoli Cell Only Syndrome (SCOS)” in which I analyzed genomic imbalances in idiopathic SCOS cases.

I did summer internship at Nova IVI Fertility, Ahmedabad for one month.

  • I have working experience in Yq microdeletion analysis and application of FISH in male infertility genetics.
  • I have working experience in microarray data analysis.
  • I have working experience in application of FISH in screening of microdeletion syndromes like prader-wili syndrome (PWS), angelmann syndrome, digeorge syndrome, williams syndrome.
