This 4-day intensive, hands-on training program is designed to provide advanced practical skills in embryo biopsy (cleavage-stage and blastocyst-stage) and ovarian tissue cryopreservation. Participants receive individualized one-to-one training with unlimited access to biological material.
ASPIER has successfully trained more than 500 embryologists and clinicians.
Day 3 blastomere biopsy and Day 5/6 trophectoderm biopsy, laser use, cell handling, troubleshooting.
Tissue processing, vitrification, warming, and viability assessment.
Micromanipulator setup, laser calibration, microtools handling, tubing systems.
Fundamentals, micromanipulator setup, laser calibration, dry lab practice. Cleavage stage embryo biopsy.
Blastocyst biopsy demo and with hands-on practice and tubing, documentation, storage and dispatch.
Blastocyst biopsy with extensive hands-on training, tubing and ovarian tissue cryopreservation
Blastocyst biopsy, Tubing, Ovarian tissue cryopreservation and final validation.
Practical evaluation and certificate of completion.
