The campus encompasses one of the most famous landmarks in Chelsea, The Lister Hospital located next to Chelsea Bridge; Chelsea Outpatients Centre, a modern and contemporary private diagnostic and treatment facility on the famous Chelsea Kings Road and our private outpatient physiotherapy service and independent private general practice at Chelsea Medical Centre.
In May 2017, the campus expanded to include a brand new purpose-built outpatient centre LOC Chelsea.
The Lister Fertility Clinic, based at the main hospital site, is widely recognised as one of the leading fertility centres in the UK. Since opening in 1988, it has consistently maintained its reputation as being one of the most successful IVF clinics in the country.
As the Senior Staff Nurse at the Lister Fertility Clinic, you will be advising couples undergoing fertility treatment on what to expect in regards to their treatment and ‘hold their hand’ through each stage, ensuring they receive the support they would expect. You will also provide them with instructions on best clinical practice and teach them how to self-inject. As this is a very large and busy department you will be expected to get involved and assist the team to meet their team goals and will mentoring and develop junior members of the nursing team.
This is a full time role working 37.5hrs per week (includes a 1 in 3/4 weekend rotation)

Skills and Experience
A registered Nurse with significant experience within an IVF setting, you will also have experience of egg donation and desirably have experience of ultrasound. As a senior member of the team it is also important you have completed ENB998 or be willing to work towards.

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate sensitively with people from all cultures and backgrounds, as they will have a passion for delivering customer service and a desire to provide an exceptional patient experience. They will be proactive and highly organised as they will be adaptable and able to meet changing working patterns and caseload, working independently as well as within the team.
