Red Rock Fertility Center strives to provide a different service than what has existed for patients previously in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. The process of reproduction was meant to be private, intimate experience and the goal of this center is to retain that environment. We are a modern, boutique-style center. This means that you will be a patient, not a number. You will see Dr. Littman for all of your appointments, and she is readily accessible to guide you through the process of expanding your family. Our staff is friendly and caring, and will greet you by name. We are here to answer your questions, respect your feelings, and keep you informed of all your options at every stage.

Fertility treatment may easily become overwhelming and very stressful. Human beings are very similar to other lifeforms on Earth. It is very difficult for reproduction to take place under stressful conditions. Fertility therapy and outcomes are not something you can control and this may leave you feeling frustrated, angry, and depressed. Being relaxed, comfortable and at ease helps to improve the outcome of your treatment plan. That's why it is very important to be able to develop a strong relationship with your fertility physician. Dr. Littman is a very personable, approachable, and knowledgeable physician. She has designed the clinic so that she will have the time and availability to be able to address your personal concerns and fears. This individualized care will result in lower stress levels and better pregnancy outcomes. It is true that not everyone will be successful, but at least the process of conceiving can be what it was originally meant to be... enjoyable!

Dr Littman has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals, and received several recognition awards for excellence in research. On a regular basis, Dr. Littman presents at international meetings and local conferences. Currently, Dr. Littman serves as an assistant clinical professor at University of Nevada School of Medicine and her research interests focus on the effect of culture environments on embryo quality.

After training at Stanford University, Dr. Eva Littman has been a resident of Las Vegas for over four years. Dr. Littman completed her medical training at some of the best medical centers and universities in the world.

At Red Rock Fertility Center, we have one of the most advanced IVF labs in Las Vegas and most of the West Coast.  Due  to the high quality of our lab and embryologists, we are able to offer a wide variety of services that one would not expect at a boutique clinic.  We are the only clinic in Las Vegas to offer the Saturn Laser, which is used for assisted hatching and PGD.  

At Red Rock Fertility Center we have the latest technology and techniques to increase your probability of getting pregnant.  Not only do we have the technology, but we also have the expertise.  We are one of the few IVF centers in Nevada to have two embryologists with Executive Laboratory Director (ELD) Qualifications.  Our third embryologist has an advanced certification as well, as a Laboratory Technical Supervisor.
