The London Women's Clinic (LWC) is a private fertility clinic which has been at the forefront of IVF technology for over 25 years.  The Clinic is set to continue the trend in the foreseeable future and plans are under way as we enhance and expand our range of technologies and patient facilities. 

We are currently recruiting for a Fertility Counsellor to join our expanding team to provide specialist consultation and education on infertility counselling for individuals and couples considering or undergoing fertility treatment at The London Women’s Clinic.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified and working towards BICA accreditation or will have already achieved the accreditation.  Alternatively, they will be working towards accredited membership of a recognised professional counselling body.  

They will have a thorough understanding of the fertility industry, including the regulations surrounding the use of donor gametes and the HFE Code of Practice as well as CQC regulations and requirements.  He/she will have the ability to constantly consider the ‘welfare of the child’ whilst maintaining empathy and understanding of the patients needs, wants and concerns. 

We are looking for part time candidates working 1-2 days per week and full time candidates working 40 hour week both who will work additional Saturday cover on a rota basis

Experience Required:  A thorough understanding of the fertility industry including the regulations surrounding the use of donor gametes and the HFE Code of Practice as well as CQC regulations and requirements.

Salary:  £30,000 (Pro rata for part time)
